陈皮对植物乳杆菌增殖培养条件的优化

Optimization of Pericarpium citri Reticulatae on Lactobacillus plantarum Multiplication Culture Conditions

以陈皮作为协同剂,采用L16(45)正交试验优化其对植物乳杆菌的增殖培养条件,结果表明,筛选出的最佳培养条件为培养温度35℃,培养时间30 h,接种量为1%(V/V),培养基初始p H值为8,陈皮的添加量为80 g·L-1,在此条件下培养,活菌数为1.86×1010 cfu·m L-1。

In this study, Pericarpium cirri Reticulatae as synergistic agent, through L16 （45） orthogonal test to optimize its multiplication culture conditions of Lactobacillus plantarum.The experiment results showed that the optimum culture condition was as follows ： initial pH value 8, temperature 35 ℃,inoculation amount 1%（V/V）,fermentation time 30 h ,Pericarpium citri Reticulatae 80 g. L-1 , under this culture condition, the viable count reaches was 1.86 × 10 10cfu. mL-1.
