摘要 本研究以宜宾市茶叶生产为研究对象,按时间系列绘制茶叶产量、茶园面积变化图,比较制度变迁和技术进步对宜宾市茶叶发展做出的贡献,从制度变迁的路径来分析宜宾茶叶产业制度对发展创新的影响。结论表明,从宜宾三十多年的茶产业发展创新看,主要影响因素是制度变迁,制度变迁的供给主体是政府;随着宜宾茶产业的发展,强制性制度变迁在生产发展中的影响力逐渐减弱,诱致性制度变迁和技术创新将成为茶产业发展的主要因素。 The research on Yibin tea production as the object of study, drawingoutput of tea, tea garden area map changes according to the time series,made a comparison between institutional change and technological progress on the development of tea industry in Yibin contributions, from the path of institutional change to analyze the system of Yibin tea industry innovation effect on the development. The conclusion shows that, from the development and innovation of Yibin tea industry thirty years, the main factors is institu- tional change, the main supply is the government. With the development of tea industry in Yibin, influence of mandatory system changes in the development of productiondecreased gradually, induced institutional change and technological innovation will become a major factor in the development of tea industry.
