摘要
目的研制肼类推进剂猝灭器,以提高航天发射试验中液体推进剂突发事故的应急处置能力。方法采用先进的液/气双相流压缩空气泡沫技术,设计肼类推进剂猝灭器,其主体包括压缩空气动力系统、双相流喷枪、泡沫预混罐、不锈钢小推车等。结果与目前常用的肼类推进剂猝灭措施相比,肼类推进剂猝灭器能够产生更大的射程、更广的覆盖面和更为均相的泡沫,节水效率和猝灭效果得以较大提升。结论实际应用表明,肼类推进剂猝灭器操作使用方便、灵活、高效,能够满足肼类推进剂泄漏应急处置使用的要求。
Objective The extinction equipment against hydrazine propellant was studied in order to improve capability of the emergency response to the leakage accident of liquid propellants during the phase of aerospace launching test. Methods The extinction equipment was developed on the basis of advanced liquid/gas double phase current compressed air foam technique.The major structure was composed of the compressed air dynamic system,the double phase current spray gun,the foam pre-mix pot,and the stainless steel cart. Results Compared with the frequently-used extinction measures,this extinction equipment against hydrazine propellant had a wide range and coverage,and produced better-distributed foam. It had higher water saving efficiency and higher extinction effect. Conclusion The extinction equipment against hydrazine propellant,which was convenient,flexible and highly-efficient was proved effective in handling an emergent response to the leakage of hydrazine propellant.
