摘要
随着信息技术的发展,企事业单位进行办公自动化系统的建设是非常有必要的。论文首先对系统中使用的相关技术UML、浏览器/服务器模式和系统分层结构的设计进行了研究,然后在对某通信公司的办公业务进行调查、分析的基础上,以UML为建模工具,对办公自动化系统进行了需求分析、总体设计,并且以其中比较核心的模块协同工作为例进行了系统的详细分析和设计,开发完成了系统的原型系统,经过单位实际环境的测试和使用,效果较好。
With the development of information technology, the construction of office automation system is very neces- sary. At first, the UML, browser/server mode and the hierarchical structure of the system are studied in this paper. Then on the basis of investigation and analysis of the office business of a communications company, using UML as the modeling tool, the demand analysis and the overall design of the office automation system are carried out, and taking the cooperative work module as an example, the detailed analysis and design of the system are carried out, and the prototype system is devel- oped. After the actual environment of the company's testing and use, the effect is better.
