石梁河水库洪水资源利用水位控制初步研究

Study on the water level control for flood resource utilization of Shilianghe reservoir

过境洪水资源利用在产生经济效益的同时也会带来风险,有必要加强洪水利用风险研究,最大限度降低洪水资源利用的负面影响。以连云港市石梁河水库为典型水库,根据其防洪调度方式及判别条件,按照水库具体情况统筹考虑与水库调洪有关的各因素,以水库现状汛期分期情况为基础,推求各分期水库的设计洪水,进行调洪演算,确定石梁河水库各分期的汛限水位,在对水库汛限水位分期控制的效益进行分析计算的基础上进行影响分析。

Taking Shilianghe reservoir as an example, considering regulation method, determining condition and related factors, based on the flood seasons, the paper calculated the designed flood level. By flood regulating calculation, flood control levels were determined. As well, the benefit and impact were analyzed.
