内外场试验数据的一致性检验是校验、确认和验收(VV&A)的重要内容,内场数据必须经过一致性检验才有价值,在统计学上就是2个总体的一致性检验问题。通过非参数方法及参数方法进行告警反应时间内外场数据的一致性检验,检验内外场数据样本是否来自同一随机总体,确定2个样本的总体分布是否相同以及在给定置信度下内外场试验结果是否满足一致性要求。

Coherency inspection of internal and external field test data is the important content of verfication,validation acceptance（VVA）.The internal field data must be implemented coherency inspection to prove that the data is of value,which is the coherency inspection issue of two collectivities in statistics.This paper performs coherency inspection for internal and external field data of warning reaction time through non-parameter method and parameter method,inspects whether the internal and external field data samples are from the same random collectivity,confirms whether the overall distribution of two samples are uniform and the results of internal and external field test are satisfied with the coherency requirement in the definite confidence.
