摘要 内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司600 MW机组存在发电机氢气纯度下降速度快的问题。从发电机密封瓦与轴颈的间隙、在线仪表测量准确性及惰性气体漏入等方面进行了分析,最终确定发电机空侧密封油向氢侧窜流是引起发电机内氢气纯度下降速度快的主要原因。提出了调整密封油运行方式,加强氢气系统检修维护与监督检查等措施,实施后,发电机氢气体积分数下降快的问题得到解决。 H2 purity declined lastly on the 600 MW Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.. From the aspects of generator clearance in Inner between Mongolia generator sealing pad and shaft neck, online measuring instrument accuracy and inert gases leakage in and so on, the fault reasons were analyzed, and found that the the air side flow of generator sealing oil channeling to the hydrogen side was the ultimately reason, which caused generator H2 purity declined lastly. Gave the measures of adjusting seal oil operation mode, strengthening the H2 system maintenance and inspection, 'after implementation, the problems had been solved.
