摘要 内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司1号600 MW机组锅炉A侧引风机动叶开度变化与出力变化不一致,在负荷、炉膛负压、出口风压、动叶开度相同情况下,A侧引风机电流比正常运行时大18 A左右。对此进行原因分析,确定是由引风机一级轮毂调节杆断裂引起;而调节杆断裂则是由于调节杆调节频率高、承受应力大及煤质差等因素造成。针对上述原因,提出保持动叶调节稳定、在合理范围内进行褐煤掺烧、严格执行巡回检查制度、做好引风机事故跳闸的反事故演习等措施,确保了引风机及锅炉的安全稳定运行。 The variation of the moving blade opening of the induced draft fan and its output were inconsistent in the boiler 1 side A in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.. And under the same case of the load, the furnace pressure, the outlet pressure and the opening of the moving blade, the current deviation compared with the normal operation was above 18 A. The cause for the deviation is that a one-level wheel adjustment rod of an induced draft fan broke, which was caused by the high frequency adjustment of the adjustment lever, high stress and the poor coal quality. For those, put forward to keep the rotor blades adjusting stable, within a reasonable range of lignite blended, strict implementation of mobile inspection system, good lead anti-accident exercises fan tripping accidents, to ensure the safe and stable operation of induced draft fan and boiler.
