摘要
为了更好地抓好和落实民生工作,提高农村居民健康水平,保证农村居民能够享受公平的医疗服务,更好地促进地市级公立医院的体制机制改革,本文通过分析贵州农村医疗服务水平现状,找出地市级公立提供医疗服务的必要性和可能性,进而提出相应的体制机制,从而为服务贵州民生工作提供一定的参考。
Based on an analysis on the situation of medical service in rural areas in Guizhou, this article discusses the necessity and possibility for public hospitals at prefectural level to provide medical service and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
