Spirits of Great Learning(Da Xue) of Confucianism and Cultivation of Modern Cadres

作为中国传统文化的主体——儒家文化影响中国两千多年,中国文化的伦理和观念中,处处留存着儒家思想的烙印。儒家"大学之道"完整系统地建构了一套以"三纲八目"为核心的道德修养体系,全面而系统地阐释了"修己以安人"之人生理想和实现路径。这套道德修养体系对中国思想文化的发展产生了深远的影响,对于当前领导干部加强道德修养仍具有较为重要的借鉴价值。

Confucianism, as the principal subject of Chinese traditional culture, has significant impact on ethics and concept of China. A whole system concerning ethic cultivation with the core of ＂Three Guidelines and Eight As- pects （San Gang Ba Mu）＂ was established in the Great Learning Theory of Confucianism, which expounded compre- hensively the ideal of life and its realization path. Such system had significant impact on the cultural and ideological development in China, and is of reference value to the cuhivation of modem cadres.
