摘要
自2009年中国扩大专业学位硕士研究生教育以来,专业学位研究生的培养重点向专业实践能力转移。中国专业学位研究生培养起步较晚,其在继承了学术学位研究生培养中知识体系性强、理论基础扎实等优点的同时,也存在实践能力培养体系不健全、专业技能培养不系统、教师的实践能力缺乏、企业对培养过程参与度低等问题。全日制专业学位研究生培养应从课内教学、课外锻炼、实验实训、校企合作实践四个方面全过程提升研究生的专业实践能力。
Since 2009, the expansion of professional degree education in China, the key of the professional degree postgraduate has moved to the professional practice ability.The professional degree education started late in China, which inherited the advantages of strong knowledge of systemic and solid theoretical basis from the academic degree education, meanwhile the education on practice ability of full-time professional degree students has some problems, such as emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, emphasizing systematic knowledge training program, multi-skilled practice requirements and single-skills training, low teachers’practical ability and low participation of enterprise.The practice ability of full-time graduate professionals should be enhanced from the whole process including curricular teaching, extracurricular exercise, experimental training and school-enterprise cooperation practice.
