法治理念下新疆反恐对策探析

An Analysis of Anti- terrorism Countermeasures under the Concept of Rule of Law in Xinjiang

近年来新疆暴恐活动多发,具有连续性、家族化、目标多元等特点,应对策略存在宗教认识模糊、源头防范不足、自主意识不强等问题。建议倡导公民意识、加强反恐力量建设、发挥兵团作用、加快反恐立法、加强国际合作、提高新疆工作待遇,有效应对和打击恐怖主义活动。

In recent years,terrorist attacks occurred frequently in Xinjiang with the characteristics of continuity,family- run and multiple targets. The anti- terrorism countermeasures have the problems of vague religious consciousness,insufficient source prevention and weak autonomous consciousness. We should advocate citizen consciousness,improve the construction of anti- terrorism force and give full play to corps,enhance anti- terrorism legislation and international cooperation,improve salary and job benefits in Xinjiang,in order to attack terrorism effectively.
