高职高专学报建立自身评价体系的必要性探讨

On the Necessary of Establish Self- evaluation System in Vocational College Journal

高职高专学报作为高校学报的重要一员,经过十多年的发展不断涌现出一批优秀的学术刊物。但在目前的核心期刊评价体制下,高职高专学报却鲜有进入核心期刊名录。这固然与高职高专院校自身发展、办学侧重点、办刊理念有关,但也与当前核心评价体系的单一与不完备密不可分。高职高专学报因其专业性、行业性、职业性、地方性等特征,不同于以往传统高校学报,应在这个基础上建立起符合自身发展的核心期刊评价体系。这样做不但有利于扩大高职高专学报学术传播力度,增强社会效益,体现核心评价系统的科学性、公正性,更有利于加强高职高专学报建设,乃至学科建设。

After the development in more than ten years,as one of the important members of college journals,there have been a lot of excellent vocational college journals. However,under the current evaluation system of core journals,there is little vocational college journals be selected into the list of core journals. It is necessary to set up self- evaluation system of core journals for vocational college journals,so as to not only expand their spreading strength,but also embody the scientific and fairness of the evaluation system,,and improve the construction of vocational college journal.
