摘要
液化天然气以其独特的优势,受到了能源领域的青睐。天然气中含有一些酸性杂质,如果其得不到有效处理,会危害到整个天然气运行的安全。天然气在液化前,必须脱除酸性气体。对脱酸性气体的常用方法做了比较,阐述了醇胺法脱酸的优越性。重点介绍了醇胺法脱酸原理和醇胺法脱酸气工艺流程,对脱除H2S做了分析。研究并发展一些工艺简单、成本较低、安全高效的脱酸方法已经成为行业发展的关键。
Liquefied natural gas( LNG) with its unique advantages,has been get the favour of the energy sector. Natural gas contains some acidic impurities. If it is not effectively treated,it will endanger the safety of the entire natural gas operation. Before the liquefaction of natural gas,the acid gas must be removed. Common methods for removal of acid gas are compared. The advantages of method of alcohol- amine acid are pointed out. The principle andprocess of method of alcohol- amine acid are mainly introduced. For removing H2 S is analyzed. Research and development of a number of? simple process,low cost,safe and efficient method to remove acid have become the key to the development of the industry.
