摘要
苏里格气田采出水处理系统管线频繁发生刺漏、设备腐蚀穿孔的现象,严重影响着生产的正常运行。本文通过挂片实验、电镜扫描和X衍射技术,结合水质分析研究管线的腐蚀穿孔原因,提出有效的管线防腐措施。
Produced-water treatment system in Sulige Gas Field frequently occurred pipeline leak,equipment corrosion perforation,seriously affecting the normal operation of the production.Through the experiments of corrosion coupon,SEM and X-ray diffraction techniques,combined with water quality analysis,The paper analysis causes of the pipeline corrosion perforation,and propose effective anticorrosion precaution.
