Objective Analyze the value of early rehabilitation therapy to improve the limb motor function after acute cerebral vascular disease. Methods Randomly selected 70 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease from our hospital in recent years as a retrospective analysis of data. The research group (n=35) will accept the basis of clinical treatment and early rehabilitation treatment. The control group (n : 35) will accept the clinical treatment only. Patients' motor skills and life self-care ability will be respectively assessed by Brunstrom and Barthel method. The data of the two group patients of recovery effect was collected in the period of rehabilitation for six weeks as the basis of comparison. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups of limb movement function and self-care level (P 〉 0.05) . After 6 weeks of rehabilitation course, observation group of patients with limb motor function and self-care on the improvement of their levels were significantly superior to the coptrol group patients (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion Cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity, should attach importance to early rehabilitation. In patients with acute cerebrovascular early rehabilitation intervention can effectively promote the functional recovery in patients and can obviously improve the patient's body function, improve the quality of life of the patients.
