摘要
目的探讨高频超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析78例女性83个乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的超声声像图特征,并与病理结果对照.结果 78例83个乳腺导管内乳头状瘤超声诊断准确率55.4%(46/83),良恶性误诊率8.4%(7/83).检出的82个导管内乳头状瘤中,声像图特征可分为导管扩张型(62.2%,51/82)与结节型(37.8%,31/82),前者包括导管扩张伴结节(42.7%,35/82)与单纯导管扩张(19.5%,16/82),后者包括囊实性结节(2.4%,2/82)、单纯囊性结节(1.2%,1/82)与实性结节(34.1%,28/82).结论高频超声可作为导管内乳头状瘤首选检查方法之一.
Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma. Methods The ultrasonic characteristics of 83 breast intraductal papillomas in 78 cases were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with diagnosis of pathology. Results The accurate rate of ultrasonic diagnosis for 83 breast intraductal papillomas cases was 55.4% （46/83） , while the incorrect rate was 8.4% （7/83） . Among the detected 82 breast intraductal papillomas, the uhrasonograms were classified into dilatation type （62.2%, 51/82） and nodule type （37.8% , 31/82） . The former included duct dilatation with nodule （42.7% , 35/82） and simplex duct dilatation （19.5%, 16/82） , while the latter included cystic-solid nodule （2.4%, 2/82） , simplex cystic nodule （1.2%, 1/82） and solid nodule （34.1%, 28/82） Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can be used as a preferred method for the examination of intraductal papilloma.
