摘要
新疆克拉玛依油田八区井眼在钻井过程中,由于地层倾斜和各向异性、地层与钻具相互作用等因素的影响,井眼钻井过程中普遍会发生钻井方位角增加或减小的自然变化,即"方位漂移"。该区在定向井钻井时的方位漂移现象会直接影响定向中靶精度,并在后期扭方位作业过程中会带来转盘负荷、扭矩增大等钻井难题。据此,本文在分析该区钻井方位漂移成因的基础上,从钻具组合优化、造斜点选择、长稳斜段钻井要点等方面提出了相应技术对策。实钻表明,应用上述对策后钻其定向钻井的方位漂移程度明显小,轨迹调整频率减少,中靶准确度得到提高,且缩短了钻井周期和取得了显著经济效益。
The well is drilling in Xinjiang Karamay Oilfield 8th Area,azimuth angle increases or decreases generally occur,in well drilling because of the influence of strata inclination and anisotropy,and stratigraphy at drilling tool interaction factors,namely "the azimuth drift".Azimuth drift phenomenon of directional drilling in this area will directly influence the accuracy of the target,and in the late twist range operation process will bring about the rotary load,torque increases the drilling problem.Accordingly,based on the analysis of the drilling azimuth drift causes basis,from the drilling tool optimization,deflecting bit selection,long steady inclined section drilling point etc.to put forward the corresponding technical countermeasures.Drilling shows that the application of the above measures the degree of azimuth shift after drilling of directional drilling were a small adjustment to reduce the frequency of target trajectory,improve accuracy,and shorten the drilling cycle and remarkable economic benefits achieved.
