摘要
结合大庆油田套损形势变化及修井技术发展,从地质和开发角度分析油田套损成因,发现剪切变形和层间压力矛盾是导致油水井套损的主要原因。统计大庆油田累计发现的18000多口套损井,确定了大庆油田主要的三种套损形式:浅部套损、嫩二段区域性套损以及油层部位套损。根据油田套损类型及安全环保作业需求,制定了大庆油田套损井的有效修复原则,提出了相应修井技术的发展方向。
Combining the condition of casing failure and development of workover technique in Daqing oil- field, the causes of casing failure are analyzed in this paper. It is found that shear deformation and pressure differences are key factors causing casing failure. Based on the statistic data of about 18000 casing failure well, casing failures are classified scientifically into three major categories : casing failure in shallow layer, regional casing failure in Nen2 section and casing failure in production layer. According to the features of these three types casing failure and the demand of HSE, corresponding effective workover technique and future direction are proposed.
