水平井分段填砂完井携砂液体系研究

Study on Sand-carrying Liquid of Partial Sand Prevention Completion in Low Permeability Reservoirs Horizontal Wells

水平井裸眼分段连续充填工艺技术可提高低渗油藏长水平段水平井的充填密实程度,保证充填效果,是低渗油藏水平井完井的发展方向之一。本文在分析对比胍胶和清洁携砂液携砂性能的基础上,通过对原清洁携砂液改良确定的新型携砂液体系,具有携砂能力强、低滤失、地层污染小的特点,适合作为裸眼分段连续充填工艺的携砂液体系。

Partial sand prevention completion technology could improve the pack densification in low permeability reservoirs horizontal wells,ensure the pack effect,is the development direction of low permeability reservoirs horizontal wells completion.On the basis of contrast of guanidine gum and cleaning sand-carrying liquid,this paper developed a new type of sand-carrying liquid with the characteristic of strong carrying capacity,low leak-off and little formation pollution,it is appropriate for the sand-carrying liquid in partial sand prevention completion.
