速溶胍胶压裂液在吉林油田研究与推广应用

摘要 速溶胍胶压裂液是通过对胍胶进行改性,以满足连续、快速配液需求而开发的一种新型压裂液体系,由于吉林油田水平井大量开发和压裂工厂化的实施,压裂改造过程[1-6]中有针对性地选择压裂液成为关键。因而要求压裂液具有良好的悬砂、低浓度、低残渣、耐高温、耐剪切等特性,因此选择了速溶胍胶压裂液体系[7]在吉林油田进行了研究推广应用。该压裂液体系适用于地层温度100℃-150℃的大型油气井以及CO2增能助排压裂井,以提高返排和减少储层污染的需求。 Instant guanidine gum fracturing fluid is through the study of the modification of guanidine gum, to meet with the demand of the continuous, rapid liquor and the development of a new fracturing fluid system, due to a large number of horizontal Wells in Jilin oilfield development and the implementation of the fracturing factory, fracturing process targeted the choice of fracturing fluid become a key. Thus require sand fracturing fluid has good suspension, low concentration, low residue, high temperature resistant, shear resistant features, therefore chose the instant guanidine gum fracturing fluid system application in jilin oil field were studied. The fracturing fluid system is suitable for formation temperature 100℃ to 150℃ of large oil and gas well and can help CO2 fracturing Wells, in order to improve the flowback and reduce the pollution of the reservoir.
