摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸、1,3-二溴丙烷为原料,合成了聚酸酐所需的重要中间单体—1,3-双(对羧基苯氧基)丙烷(简称CPP)。并考察了不同工艺条件(溶剂、催化剂)对CPP产率的影响,其中,水为溶剂时最高收率达50%、纯度94%。通过对粗产物的进一步提纯,得到了纯度为97%的CPP,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振对其结构进行表征。
1,3--bis (p--carboxy--phenoxy) propane (CPP) is an important intermediate monomer for synthesis of polyanhydride, which was synthesized from hydroxybenzoie acid and 1,3--dibrorno--propane. The effects of different process conditions (such as solvents and catalysts) for CPP yield were studied ,then the highest yield was 50% and purity was 94% in water as a solvent. By further purification of the crude product was obtained with a purity of 97% of CPP, and its structure are characterized by IR (infrared spectroscopy) and NMR(nuelear magnetic resonance).
