摘要
为减少新疆莫北气田在修井作业过程中常规压井液对储层的损害,因此通过敏感性评价、抑制剂优选、降滤失剂优选等室内实验研制出了适合修井作业的低伤害压井液配方。该低伤害压井液具有无固相、低滤失、抑制性强及高矿化度等特性,并在新疆莫北气田莫003井、莫2104井的修井作业中得到了成功应用,具有优良的储层保护效果,值得进一步推广应用。
In order to reduce reservoir damage in workover operation in the process of conventional well killing fluid in Xinjiang MoBei field, so through the sensitivity evaluation, inhibitor preferably, filtration reducing agent is preferably test developed for workover fluid formulation of low formation damage. This type of brine killing fluid of solid free developed has the reservoir protection effect. This killing fluid can be adjusted in a range of density by the type and volume of salt,having the features of free solid, low fluid loss, high inhibitory etc. In Mo 003 Well and Mo 2104 Well in Mobei oilfield, the successful application showed that this system has the very well protection effect during the workover engineering,and it is worth popularizing.
