摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了掺杂Tb3+的复合材料Sr2YF7-3Si O2,通过IR、XRD、激发和发射光谱研究了材料的结构和发光性能。结构测试表明,在高于730℃时Sr2YF7-3Si O2:Tb3+三方晶体结构开始转变为硅酸盐,800℃退火处理后,材料以多种晶型结构存在;发光性能研究表明,基质Sr2YF7与Si O2的最佳配比为1∶3;最佳退火温度为800℃;样品在544nm监测波长下,最佳激发波长为378nm,Tb3+的最佳掺杂摩尔浓度为9.00%(mol)。
Composite substrate luminescent material Sr2YF7- 3SiO2: Tb3+ was synthesized by sol --gel method and characterized by IR, XRD,excitation and emission spectrum. The results indicated that Sr2YF7 -3SiO2-Tb 3+ tripartite crystal structure began to change into the silicate higher than 730℃. And material exists in various crystalline structure annealed at 800℃. The luminescence properties show that the optimal formula of substrate Sr2YF7 and SiO2 is 1:3. The optimum annealing temperature is 800℃. When the monitoring wavelength is 543nm, the best excitation wavelength is 378nm. The optimal doping molar concentration of Tb3+ is 9.00%.
