摘要
将优选的阳离子聚合物与自制的酚醛树脂类交联剂反应,经过配方优化,研制出阳离子聚合物调堵体系,并通过室内实验评价体系的封堵性能及耐温抗盐性能。研究结果表明,阳离子聚合物与酚醛树脂类交联剂形成的调堵体系具有较强的交联增粘性和良好的耐温抗盐性能,能够有效地封堵高渗透层,其封堵率达到95%。
Let the cationic polymer and the phenolic resin react to develop the cationic polymer profile control. The capability of plugging and the capability of temperature tolerance and salt resistance have been evaluated in experiments. The results showed that the system formed from cationic polymers and phenolic resin crosslinking agent can increase the viscosity obviously. At the same time this kind of the system has good heatlt resistance. It can effectively plugging high permeable zone. The blocking rate can achieve 95 %.
