氯苯吩嗪抗结核作用的研究进展

摘要 结核病是威胁人类健康的重要传染病，据估算，2012年全世界共有860万例结核病患者，130万例死于结核病。随着耐多药结核病（multidrug—resistant tuberculosis，MDR—TB）和广泛耐药结核病（extensively drug—resistant tuberculosis，xDR—TB）患者的不断增加，给结核病的控制带来了严峻挑战。
