血清骨钙素与脑动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

Relationgship between serum osteocalcin and cerebral atherosclerosis

摘要 目的探讨骨钙素与脑动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 120例行脑血管造影术患者分为脑血管狭窄组(n=68)和脑血管正常组(n=52)。血管狭窄程度分为轻度、中度、重度3组,分别检测并比较各组的血清骨钙素水平。结果与脑血管正常组比较,脑血管狭窄组血清骨钙素浓度减低(P<0.05)。不同狭窄程度患者血清骨钙素水平差异均有统计学意义。脑血管狭窄组2支病变与单支病变比较以及≥3支病变与2支病变比较,血清骨钙素浓度均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。脑动脉粥样硬化病变支数越多,血清骨钙素浓度越低。结论血清骨钙素水平与脑血管动脉粥样硬化病变程度呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum osteocalcin( OC) and the cerebral artery atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing angiography were divided into two groups,cerebral vascular stenosis group( n = 68) and normal group( n = 52). The patients in cerebral vascular stenosis group were divided into three subgroups according to cerebral vascular stenosis. The serum concentration of OC of two groups were detected and compared. Results The serum concentration of OC in cerebral vascular stenosis group was lower than that in normal group( P〈0. 05). There were significant differences of serum concentration of OC in different vascular stenosis groups. In cerebral atherosclerosis group,the serum concentration of OC in two-vessel stenosis subgroup was lower than that in single-vessel stenosis subgroup( P〈0. 05),and the serum level of OC in more than three-vessel stenosis subgroup was lower than that in two-vessel stenosis subgroup( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The serum OC concentration is negatively correlated with cerebrovascular stenosis.
