小剂量氨磺必利辅助治疗老年抑郁症的疗效分析

Effect of small dose of amisulpride in the treatment of senile depression

目的探讨小剂量氨磺必利对老年抑郁症患者的疗效及安全性。方法将95例老年抑郁症患者随机分成研究组(使用艾司西酞普兰合并小剂量氨磺必利治疗)和对照组(单用艾司西酞普兰治疗),疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行疗效评定,采用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)进行安全性评定。结果研究组总有效率为84.8%,对照组为67.3%,2组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间药物不良反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量氨磺必利联合艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的疗效良好且安全。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of small dose of misulpride in the treatment of senile depression. Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into research group（ treated with escitalopram combined with small dose of amisulpride） and control group（ treated with escitalopram only）,and the treatment course was 6 weeks. Efficacy and safety were assessed with HAMD and TESS respectively before and after treatment.Results The efficacy of research group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〉0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of side effects between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions It is a safe and effective treatment to use escitalopram combined with small dose amisulpride in elderly patients with depresssion.
