羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清促炎细胞因子的干预研究

Effects of calcium dobesilate capsules on the inflammation of elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对老年糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者血清促炎性细胞因子的影响与作用机制。方法将确诊的80例(155只眼)老年DR患者按数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者仅接受基础治疗,试验组患者在接受与对照组相同的基础治疗的同时加羟苯磺酸钙胶囊(0.5 g/次,3次/d)口服,2组皆治疗6月。通过检测视力和眼底变化来观察临床效果;检测和比较2组患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平变化。结果 (1)试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)治疗6月后试验组和对照组的hs-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而试验组比对照组下降更显著(P均<0.01)。结论羟苯磺酸钙胶囊能抑制DR的炎症,从而治疗老年DR。

Objective To investigate the effects of calcium dobesilate capsules on the serum level of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy（ DR） in order to explore its mechanism. Methods Eighty elderly DR patients（ 155 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group only received basic treatment,and the patients in experimental group received the same basic therapy and oral calcium dobesilate capsules（ 0. 5 g / time,3 times / d） for 6 months. The clinical effects were assessed by detecting the vision and fundus changes. The serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were detected and compared between the two groups. Results（ 1） Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly increased（ P〈0. 01）.（ 2） The serum levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α of the experimental group and control group after treatment were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）,especially in the experimental group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Calcium dobesilate capsules can inhibit the inflammation of elderly patients with DR,and show good clinical curative effect.
