摘要
介绍了NWA-Ⅲ型分子筛在分子筛脱蜡装置上的工业应用情况。采用NWA-Ⅲ型分子筛时,装置在大处理量下运行平稳,床层压降为0.1 MPa,产品纯度大于99%,平均收率大于98%。NWA-Ⅲ型分子筛的芳烃保留量低,选择吸附性好,脱附性能好,对重质煤油的选择吸附及脱附性能好;其各项指标均优于早期的NWA-ⅡB型分子筛。
Commercial application of NWA-Ⅲ molecular sieve in the molecular sieve dewaxing unit of LAB plant is introduced in this paper. The unit operates smoothly with large throughput,the pressure drop across the bed is 0. 1 MPa,the purity of product is higher than 99%,and the average yield is higher than 98% when NWA-Ⅲ molecular sieve is used. NWA-Ⅲ molecular sieve has small aromatics retention capacity,high selective adsorption performance and high desorption performance,and is good in selectively adsorbing and desorbing heavy kerosene. The performance indexes of NWA-Ⅲ molecular sieve are all better than those of NWA-ⅡB molecular sieve developed earlier.
