激素联合长春新碱治疗SLE合并血小板减少症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of co-administration of glucocorticosteroid and vincristine for treating systemic lupus erythematosus associated with thrombocytopenia

目的探讨甲泼尼龙联合长春新碱治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并血小板减少症的疗效。方法收集河北医科大学第三医院免疫风湿科2009-2011年的SLE合并顽固性血小板减少症的患者4例,且治疗方案均选择甲泼尼龙冲击治疗加长春新碱。结果甲泼尼龙加长春新碱治疗方案有效。结论甲泼尼龙加长春新碱治疗SLE合并血小板减少症有较好疗效,值得推广。

Objective To explore the curative effects of co-administration of glucocorticosteroid and vincristine for treating systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE） associated with thrombocytopenia. Methods A total of 4 patients with SLE associated with thrombocytopenia treated with glucocorticosteroid and vincristine in our hospital from 2009 to2011 were selected in this research. Results A total of 4 patients with SLE got better. Conclusion The co-administration of glucocorticosteroid and vincristine is effective for treating SLE with thrombocytopenia,and worthy recommending.
