摘要
目的研究r Lj-RGD3对正常大鼠及角叉菜胶致尾血栓模型大鼠的血液流变学的影响。方法测定给予不同剂量r Lj-RGD3后正常大鼠全血和血浆黏度,以评价r Lj-RGD3对正常大鼠血液流变学的影响;以角叉菜胶诱导大鼠尾部血栓模型,测定给予不同剂量r Lj-RGD3后血栓模型大鼠全血和血浆黏度,以评价r Lj-RGD3对血栓大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果与空白组相比,r Lj-RGD3对全血黏度及血浆黏度无明显影响;与血栓模型组相比,r Lj-RGD3呈剂量依赖性地降低全血比黏度浆和血浆比黏度的升高。结论 r Lj-RGD3可降低血栓模型大鼠血黏度,而对正常大鼠血液黏度无明显影响。
Objective To study the hemorrheology effects of rLj-RGD3 in normal rats and carrageenan induced tail mixed thrombosis model rats. Methods The carrageenan induced rat tail mixed thrombosis model was established. Blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of normal rats and thrombosis model rats were determined after administered rLj-RGD3 in order to evaluate its hemorrheology effect in normal rats and thrombosis model rats. Results Compared with blank control group,rLj-RGD3 had no effect on blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in normal rats.In comparison with thrombosis model group,rats receiving i. p rLj-RGD3 showed a significant and dose-dependent inhibition on the increasing of blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Conclusion rLj-RGD3 decreases the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of thrombosis model rats,but has no effect on that of normal rats.
