一种基于长余辉发光材料力的冲击传感器

摘要 长余辉发光材料的力致发光现象是近年来相关领域的研究热点之一,在力传感器特别是冲击力传感器领域有重要的应用前景。但是,力致发光现象的强度很弱,一般需高灵敏度的光电倍增管进行测量。为了解决这个问题,该文以共掺Dy和Eu的Al2Sr O4长余辉片材为冲击敏感单元,以一个APD雪崩光电二极管为光检测与放大元件,加上自行设计的弱电流检测模块与高压偏置电源,成功地观测到了小球冲击引起的长余辉发光材料的力致发光现象。装置体积小、重量轻、成本低,可以实现冲击力检测设备的小型化。 In recent years,mechanoluminescence of long-persistent luminescent materials is attracting more and more attentions for its potential applications in impact sensors. Since the weak intensity of mechanoluminescence,high sensitivity PMT are frequently used to detect it,which is usually expensive and heavy in weight. In this paper,a low-cost mechanoluminescence detecting system was presented,in which long persistent Al2 Sr O4:( Dy,Eu) is used as the sensing element,and an avalanche photodiode( APD) is used as the optical detecting and amplification unit. By this unit,the mechanoluminescence from Al2 Sr O4:( Dy,Eu) caused by a falling ball was successfully observed. The detecting device has the advantages of small size,light weight,low cost,and high sensitivity.
