PDCA循环管理在脑胶质细胞瘤患者优质护理体系建立中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA cycle management in setting up a high quality nursing system for brain gliomas patients

目的：探讨PDCA循环管理在脑胶质细胞瘤患者优质护理体系建立中的应用效果.方法：研究对象来自我院神经骨软组织科2012年7月至2014年7月收治的80例脑胶质细胞瘤患者,根据患者接受管理模式的不同分为对照组（n=40）和实验组（n=40）,对照组患者接受常规护理管理,实验组患者接受PDCA循环管理.比较两组患者并发症和患者护理满意度.结果：实验组患者并发症发生率（2.50%）明显少于对照组（17.50%）,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.114,P〈0.05）,实验组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.在术后平均出血量、术后平均住院时间和术后平均住院费用方面,实验组病人显著短/少于对照组病人,所有P值均〈0.05.结论：PDCA循环管理能够明显降低脑胶质细胞瘤患者并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,同时可以减少患者术后出血量、平均住院时间及住院费用.

Objective：To explore and analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management in setting up a high quality nursing system for brain gliomas patients.Methods：Eighty brain gliomas patients registered into our hospital for treatment from July 2012 to July 2014 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to management mode they received.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and patients in the experimental group received nursing care under PDCA cycle management system.Complication rate and patients＇satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The complication rate in the experimental group （2.50%） was obviously less than that of the control group （17.50%） and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.114,P〈0.05）.Patients＇satisfaction in the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group and the difference was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.The average blood loss after surgery, average length of post-operation hospital stay, and costs of post-operation hospitalization of the experimental group patients were significantly better than that of the control group patients,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The PDCA cycle management can significantly reduce the complication rate of brain gliomas patients and improve patients＇ care satisfaction.
