胆结石患者应用全面护理模式效果分析

Analysis on effects of comprehensive care for gallstone patients

目的：分析胆结石患者应用全面护理模式的效果.方法：回顾性分析2014年2月至2015年2月本院收治82例胆结石患者临床资料,按照数字表法分成两组,对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组予以全面护理模式,比较两组护理效果.结果：研究组患者手术情况、临床疗效及生活质量均优于对照组,比较差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：胆结石患者应用全面护理模式的效果良好,不仅可以改善手术各项指标及临床疗效,还可以缓解患者焦虑等不良情绪,改善生活质量,有临床推广应用价值.

Objective：To analyze the effect of comprehensive care model for gallstone patients.Methods：A retrospective analysis on clinical data of 82 cases of gallstones patients in our hospital during February 2014 to February 2015.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group using the stochastic indicator method.The control group received routine care and the study group received comprehensive care. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results：Operation process, clinical effects, and life quality of the patients in the study group were better than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of comprehensive care mode for patients with gallstone has good effects. Comprehensive care can alleviate anxiety and other negative emotions of the patients and improve the quality of life as well as improve the operation parameters and the clinical effects.
