摘要
颅内动脉瘤破裂是神经外科蛛网膜下腔出血患者的主要致病因素,其特点是发病突然,病情危重进展迅速,且致死率、致残率很高.目前介入栓塞治疗成为治疗颅内动脉瘤的重要手段.本文就颅内动脉瘤的介入治疗技术进展进行综述,探讨介入治疗技术方法的发展、优势和应用.
Intracranial aneurysm rupture is the main pathogenic factors of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage in Department of neurosurgery,it is characterized by sudden onset,severe ilness and rapid progress,high mortality and disability rate.At present,interventional therapy has become an important means for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Our paper reviews the recent advances in interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm,and explores the development,advantages and Application of interventional treatment methods.
