Yerkxi Huermanbuick is a famous kazak writer in the contemporary literary world of Xinjiang. Thanks to her bilingual background, Yerkxi＇s prose shows a strong feature of nomadic culture. Her prose tries to reproduce the life of traditional Kazakhs living in the steppe for generations and their longings and hope of walking to the outside world. It follows that her prose is a medium and window for other nationalities to understand the generating process of kazak culture.
