目前,高校学术期刊的数字化出版是大势所趋。数字化优先出版,作为数字化出版的一个特殊的过渡阶段,它可以为高校学术期刊探询出一条真正的、畅通的数字化出版道路牵线搭桥。该文利用SWOT方法进行研究,分析高校学术期刊数字化优先出版自身的优势及劣势,面临的发展机遇与威胁,并基于此提出在政策层面,国家要加大政策支持,制定相关的法律法规和数字化技术标准促进数字化优先出版发展;同时,期刊要转变办刊观念,争取多渠道合作延伸和发展期刊,提升期刊的品质,借力推动数字化优先出版。

At present, the digital publishing of academic journals of colleges and universities is the general trend.Digital publishing priority, as a special transition period of digital publishing, can explore a real, smooth way for the college academic journal digital publishing. In this paper, by using the SWOT method, the paper discusses advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the publishing. With that in view this paper proposes that at the policy level the state should increase policy support for the formulation of standards, make up related laws and regulations to enhance digital publishing priority. At the same time, journal itself has to change the concept,find more ways to extend and develop, to promote quality to improve the digital publishing priority.
