摘要
为探索高中生自我分化与心理健康之间的关系,进而从健康教育与心理咨询的角度入手进一步提高高中生的心理健康水平,本研究以国内广泛使用的《中学生心理健康量表》(MSSMHS)和中国版《自我分化问卷》(DSI)为调查工具,对石河子市467名高中生进行调查,考察了高中生自我分化与心理健康之间的关系。研究发现:高中生自我分化的平均水平较低;自我分化水平与心理健康之间均存在显著负相关(P<0.001);高中生自我分化水平对各心理健康有显著的负向预测作用(P<0.001)。
The aim of this paper is to explore the relationship between self-differentiation and mental health of high school students in order to improve the mental health of them. 467 high school students in Shihezi were tested by the Middle School Students' Mental Health Scale(MSSMHS) and Differentiation of Self Inventory(DSI), in order to explore the relationship. Through the statistical analysis of the data, the study makes the following conclusions:generally speaking, the self-differentiation level of high school students is fairly low; the relationship between self-differentiation and mental health of high school students is significant negative correlation(P〈0.001); the self-differentiation level of high school students has good predictive effects on the mental health(P〈0.001).
