震旦系高石梯—磨溪区块钻井液污染实验评价 被引量:1

摘要 针对震旦系高石梯-磨溪区的钻井液评价实验表明目前采用的钻井液体系屏蔽封堵性能较好,泥饼质量较好,泥浆滤失量不大,对储层损害较轻,损害深度一般。该文开展了储层伤害数值模拟研究,模拟结果显示高石1井灯三下段、高石1井灯影组二段及磨溪8井灯二段3个层位井壁附近的渗透率保持率在25%左右,固相伤害深度约为25 cm,滤饼厚度在2 mm左右。数值模拟结果反映该地区钻井液屏蔽封堵性能较好和对储层损害程度较轻。加重前置液、高温有机转向酸、可降解转向剂在高石梯进行了试验,并取得了成功,根据各施工井储层情况,采用不同的酸液体系交替注入,达到深度酸化的目的,获得较好的增产效果,证明酸液体系与储层是相适应的。 In view of the sinian system kaolinite ladder-the mill creek area evaluation results show that the drilling fluid used in drilling fluid system has good shielding plugging perfor- mance,better quality of mud cake,mud filtrate volume is not large,damage to the reservoir is lighter, damage depth.This paper carried out the numerical simulation of reservoir damage study,simulation results show that the high stone 1 well lights under the three segments, high stone 1 well group of the second paragraph and mill creek 8 wells near a wall lamp 2,3 layer keep rate at about 25 %,the permeability of solid phase damage thickness of the filter cake at about 2 mm.Numerical simulation shielding plugging drilling fluid with good performance and lesser degree.Increase preflush,organic acid,high temperature depth of about 25 cm,the results reflect the region the damage to biodegradable the reservoir to a diverter in kaoli- nite ladder was tested, and success,according to the reservoir construction well,adopt differ- ent alternating injection acid system, to achieve the objective of the depth of acidification, achieve good production effect, prove acid system is compatible with reservoir.
