苏里格气田管道完整性管理的必要性浅析

Necessity analysis of pipeline integrity management in Sulige gas field

随着苏里格气田的规模开发,气田管道数量急速增加,管线分布日益复杂,安全环保形势严峻。已有的系统平台独立分散、功能单一,缺乏管线安全隐患、强度缺陷分析、全周期跟踪、管道剩余强度、防腐层变化等功能。且平台内容参差不齐,缺乏统一的标准和规范。针对气田管道的日常运行管理、维修维护等工作量大、极易产生错误与遗漏,且设计、安装、运行、历次维护、原始资料数据量大、种类庞杂,维护管理十分困难。结合国内外管道系统建设现状,归整、合并已有的平台,建立规范统一的完整性管理系统,即是一项非常必要而紧迫的重要任务。

With the scale development of Sulige gas field,the rapid increase in the number of the gas pipeline,pipeline distribution is complex increasingly, safety and environmental pro- tection situation is grim. Existing systems platform is independent,decentralized,single func- tion.Lack of functions such as pipeline safety risks,strength defect analysis,life-cycle track- ing, pipeline residual strength,coating change.And platform content is uneven, the lack of u- niform standards and norms.For large workload of gas pipeline as daily operation and man- agement,repair and maintenance,easy to produce errors and omissions.And the design,instal- lation,operation,previous maintenance,the raw data amount of is large and the kind is com- plex,maintenance and management is extremely difficult.According to the construction status of pipeline system at home and abroad ,warping, merge the existing platform,establish a stan-dardized and unified integrity management system,which is a very necessary,important and pressing task.
