Zn引入量对ZSM-5甲醇芳构化反应性能的影响 被引量:1

The effect of the amount of Zn doped in ZSM-5 on the catalysis performance of MTA

摘要 通过掺杂法向ZSM-5分子筛中引入Zn,制得一系列Zn HZSM-5催化剂,并采用XRD、ICP-MS方法对催化剂进行表征。使用固定床反应装置上考察了Zn负载量对甲醇芳构化反应(MTA)的影响。结果表明,经过Zn改性过的ZSM-5分子筛晶型结构基本没有发生变化,Zn O在ZSM-5分子筛表面分布比较均匀。Zn能提高HZSM-5的MTA反应活性和BTX选择性,1%Zn负载量可使芳烃收率可达到27%,同时催化剂兼具较长的使用寿命。 A series of ZnHZSM-5 catalysts was prepared by doping various amount of Zn in ZSM-5.The catalysts were measured by XRD,ICP-MS and the influence of Zn on methane aromatization reaction (MTA) was performed on fixed bed reactor.The results indicated that the crystal form of the modified ZSM-5 were unaltered,ZnO was dispersed homogenously on the surface of ZSM-5.The reaction data released that the introducing of Zn could improve the activity and BTX selectivity of the ZSM-5 catalysts.Meanwhile,when the loading amout of Zn equal to 1%,the yield of aromatic hydrocarbon reached 27 % and the operation life of the catalyst was improved.
