从《之江新语》看习近平的“国家治理观”

On President Xi Jinping's Concept of“National Governance”in Light of Zhijiang Neologism

自2013年秋季起,习近平的"国家治理观"引起越来越多学者的注意。《之江新语》是习近平在浙江工作期间思考和实践的总结,是其"国家治理观"的基础。因此,要想理解习近平的"国家治理观",就必须重视对《之江新语》的深入研究。研究的结果是,《之江新语》是"国家治理观"的雏形;"全面观"是"国家治理"的核心;"群众观"是"治理国家"的基础;"干部观"是"治理国家"的关键。

Since the fall of 2013, President Xi Jinping＇s concept on the ＂national governance＂ has given rise to the attention of more and more scholars. Having read Zh^iiang Neologism, we find Xi Jinping＇s deep thinking and practice in Zhejiang is the basis of his concept on the national governance. Therefore, it is necessary for us to comb through Xi Jinping＇s deep thinking and practice in Zhejiang so as to have a better understanding of his concept of ＂national governance＂. As a result, we find Zhijiang Neologism is the rudiment of his concept on ＂national governance＂, comprehensiveness is the core of ＂national governance＂, the concept of masses is the basis of ＂governing nation＂ and the concept of cadres is the crux of ＂governing nation＂.
