低剂量国产氯吡格雷应用于70岁以上短暂性脑缺血发作患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of low- dose domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with transient ischemic attack over 70 years old

目的研究低剂量国产氯吡格雷治疗70岁以上短暂性脑缺血发作患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取176例70岁以上短暂性脑缺血发作患者,随机分为低剂量国产氯吡格雷治疗组(泰嘉,89例)与进口氯吡格雷对照组(波立维,87例)。两组氯吡格雷初始剂量均为75 mg/d,14 d后治疗组剂量调整为50 mg/d,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组有效率为65.17%,对照组有效率66.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发现明显出血倾向及胃肠道反应患者。结论低剂量国产氯吡格雷治疗70岁以上短暂性脑缺血发作患者效果较好,安全性高,与进口氯吡格雷相当,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of low -dose domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with transient ischemic attack over 70 years old.Methods 176 patients with transient ischemic attack over 70 years old were selected and randomly divided into treatment group （low -dose domestic clopidogrel,89 cases）and control group （imported clopidogrel,87 cases）.The ini-tial doses of clopidogrel in both two groups were 75 mg/d.The dose of low -dose domestic clopidogrel was adjusted to 50 mg/d after 14 days’treatment.Two groups were treated for 3 months.The curative effect and adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 65.17% and 66.67%,and the difference was not statistically significant （P ＆gt;0.05）.There was no patient with obvious bleeding tendency and gastrointestinal reaction in the course of treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Low -dose domestic clopidogrel had a good efficacy and high safety in the treatment of patients with transient is-chemic attack over 70 years old,same as imported clopidogrel.It deserves the clinical expansion.
