直线切割吻合器在直肠癌预防性双腔造瘘还纳术中的应用

Application of linear cutting stapler in preventive double- cavity stoma reversion of rectal cancer

目的探讨直线切割吻合器在直肠癌预防性双腔造瘘还纳术中的临床应用效果。方法选取2011年7月至2014年10月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院普外科收治的直肠癌低位前切术后行预防性造瘘口还纳的68例患者,使用直线切割吻合器28例作为观察组,手工吻合肠管40例作为对照组。比较两组手术时间、肠道功能恢复时间、肠梗阻发生率及切口感染率。结果与对照组相比,观察组平均手术时间较短,术后肠梗阻发生率较低,肠道功能恢复时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者切口感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在直肠癌预防性双腔造瘘还纳术中采用直线切割吻合器可以有效缩短手术时间,有助于患者肠功能的恢复,减少肠梗阻的发生。

Objective To explore the application value of linear cutting stapler in preventive double -cavity stoma reversion of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 68 patients with rectal cancer received low anterior resection in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July of 2012 to October of 2014 were selected,including 28 cases using the linear cutting stapler as observation group and 40 cases using handding anastomosis as control group.The operation time,intestinal function recovery time,rates of intestinal obstruction and incision infection were compared between two groups.Results The operation time and intestinal function recovery time were shorter,rate of intestinal obstruction was lower in observation group than control group （P 〈0.05）.There was no difference in the rate of incision infection were lower between two groups （P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Using linear cutting stapler in preventive double -cavity stoma reversion of rectal cancer could effectively shorten the operation time,be beneficial to the recovery of intestinal function,reduce the incidence of intestinal obstruction.
