摘要
本文详细叙述了智能电磁阻垢除垢抑菌设备的工作原理以及在电厂A和电厂B的应用情况和效果,并对数据进行了分析和评价,结论是该设备能有效阻碍凝汽器换热管内壁垢的生成、抑制微生物的生长;能明显地降低凝汽器端差和降低机组排汽温度,提高机组的运行真空,提高机组的运行经济性。
This paper describes the working principle of intelligent electromagnetic anti-scaling descaling bacteriostatic equipment and the application situation and effect of it in A power plant and B power plant and analyzes and evaluates the data.The conclusions show that the device can effectively prevent generation of lining scale in the heat exchange tube of condenser,inhibit the growth of microorganisms; it also can obviously reduce the terminal difference of condenser and reduce the exhaust temperature of the unit,improve the operation vacuum of the unit and improve the operation efficiency of the unit.
