高职院校基层党建、教研、学工“三位一体”管理模式的构建

本研究将高职院党支部建设立足于教研室这个实体上,充分利用加强基层党组织建设这个载体,整合教研、学生方面的资源,形成合力,将教研室、学生管理有机结合起来,形成党建、教研、学工一体化管理模式,明细职责,拓展了工作思路,为高职院校基层管理提供了理论参考。

This research takes the party branch construction of vocational college on the basic of teaching and research section,fully uses the carrier of strengthening primary party organization construction to integrate the resources of teaching and student and form a resultant force.It combines the teaching and research section with student management to form the integration management model of party construction,teaching and research,student management to clear the responsibilities,expand the work mentality and provides a theoretical reference for the grass-roots management of higher vocational colleges.
