With the rapid development of water transport engineering construction,safety of the large-scale water transportation project construction is of utter importance.The safety check system for headquarters is created in this paper from seven aspects,and the specific methods of operation are instructed in detail to ensure the safety and success of the large-scale water transportation project construction.
