摘要
校园信息化建设正处于数字校园向智慧校园的转型期,原有信息化资产的管理模式已无法满足当前的需求。本文分析了智慧校园建设内容,即便捷、协作、节能的校园环境,基于大数据、学习分析、资源个性推荐等技术的智慧教学系统,协同办公系统,基于大数据的教育资源分配预测及决策系统;确定了智慧校园对智慧服务和运维的需求以及智慧服务的内容和智慧运维的对象,即智慧校园所有运行设备、线路的管理和设备与软件系统的配置与优化、运行设备及运行环境全方位智能监控和故障处理、用户权限管理;实现途径包括建立数据规范、确立规范化运维流程和构建智慧服务与运维平台。通过分析平台功能、设计原则(集成服务运维管理工具、可视化、基于物联网、大数据的分析预测)和平台构成,构建了智慧服务与运维平台的模型。
The campus informatization construction is in the period of transition from digital campus to smart campus, as the original management model has been unable to meet the current demand. This article analyzed the contents of smart campus building, which namely means convenience, collaboration and energy-saving environment and intelligence tutoring system with learning analytical techniques and resource recommendation based on big data and the cooperative office system and the forecasting and decision- making system of distribution of educational resources based on big data. And this article determined the smart campus demands for intelligence services and operation and maintenance and the contents of intelligence services and the objects of operation and maintenance, which namely means the management of all the operating equipment and linds, the configuration and optimization of the equipment and software system, the full range of intelligent monitoring and fault handling of operational equipment and operating environment and the management of user rights. And also the platform model of building intelligence service and operation and maintenance is constructed based on analyzing the function of the platform and principle of design. The realization of intelligent management of informatization property by intelligence services and platform of operation and maintenance is a detailed and important key point and will lay a basis of the further realization of the platform.
