摘要
主要优化类芽孢杆菌XF105产红色素发酵培养基,在单因素实验基础上进行正交实验。培养基优化结果为:可溶性淀粉30 g/L,KNO3 1 g/L,Mg SO4·7H2O 2 g/L,K2HPO4 0.1 g/L,NaCl 0.5 g/L,Fe SO4·7H2O 0.01 g/L。类芽孢杆菌XF105在同等条件下,该培养基组红色素产量较优化前提高了21.94%。
The fermentation medium of Paenibaciiius XF105 producing red pigment was optimized by orthogonal experiment which base on single factor experiment.The result of optimization is:soluble starch 30 g/L,KNO_3 1 g/L,MgSO_4 ·7H_2O 2 g/L,K_2HPO_4 0.1 g/L,NaCl 0.5 g/L,FeSO_4 ·7H_2O 0.01 g/L.The optimized medium allowed red pigment production to be increased 21.94% than the original medium.
